Naomh Jude - Club Notaí
Folks, we have a great night coming up in the club on the 20th January to mark the outstanding achievement of our Senior Football and Dublin Star forward Kevin McManamon on winning his 4th All Ireland. Kevin will be there on the night and joined by some very special guests including Sam Maguire and Liam McCarthy who will provide both interesting and light hearted insights into the life and success of high performance sportspeople. This event is a strictly ticket only and also over 18. There are only 15 tickets remaining and these tickets can be purchased by texting Jimmy Harlow on (086) 303 8243.
Inter County Representation
Well done to Ross O Brien, John Brian Carthy who represented the Dublin footballers and to Canice Maher, Donie Fox and Fionn o Roinn Broin who represented the Dublin hurlers.
The CLG Naomh Jude Academy is seeking to identify a Sponsor. The Academy has become a vital part of the CLG Naomh Jude and is run on Saturday mornings for boys and girls aged 4-7 years - Football, Hurling and Camogie.
The academy is where we introduce children from the local community to the basic fundamentals of GAA. The ABC element of the programme focuses on fundamental movement skills including Crawling, Rolling, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Running and Jumping skills. The Have-a-Ball element of the Programme focuses on basic motor skills including Throwing, Catching and Passing, Kicking and Striking skills on the player's ability to play with and manipulate a ball.
Parents and guardians of the children are fundamental to the successful running of the Academy. Each year we invite parents to volunteer to become coaches/helpers in the Academy.
We are currently seeking to identify a sponsor of the CLG Naomh Jude Academy for a 3 year agreement. This is a great opportunity for a local organisation to become associated with a really positive promotion of our games.

Employment opportunity from club sponsor Elite Dental and Dentaltech
We are delighted to have created 2 full time vacancies in our company and we’d love to fill these positions locally.
Do you know anyone, male or female, any age, or are you yourself looking for a full-time job?
We are looking for someone who has a great work ethic, or who would like to develop one, someone who is dependable, friendly and is looking or a job. We’ll do all the training on the job so they don’t need any formal college training, just the get up and go to enjoy coming to work and joining a company who pride themselves on quality and service. You’d be joining an amazing team.
Our company is called Dental Tech and we are based on Whitehall Close, just around the corner from the Pines pub and we’ve been in the area for more than 40 years having started the business in Willington many many years ago. We have our clinics on Whitehall close but we also work with more than 70 nursing homes in Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow providing much needed Dental and Denture treatment to the residents there who can’t make it out of the nursing home to access oral care. The job would involve organising, preparing and completing paperwork around our planned nursing home visits, going out on site to the nursing homes with the dentists and denturists, chatting with residents, completing paperwork and more.
Ideally we would like someone who already drives or plans to soon as there would be a need to travel to and from our different locations. Any driving would be done in the company of a fully licensed driver so doesn’t have to be a full license but this isn’t a definite requirement of the job so if you’re interested don’t let this put you off.
If you are interested please contact us, sending your CV and cover letter would be great for us, you can email us at email@example.com or drop in to us on Whitehall Close or call Matt on 014551866. We look forward to hearing from you.
Three Judes men have just released an app to help students with their CAO applications, its a very tough and stressful period for students and parents so if you could share this with any friends or family that you think might benefit from it would be brilliant.
Check out UniBrowse.ie and spread the word about the site which provides valuable and clear information regarding college courses to those applying to the CAO

Congrats to Dee Maher who received her Dub Star award at yesterday's annual exhibition match. Dee is among a small group of Ladies Footballers in the club to receive the award and scored a point in the match. A great and deserved achievement for Dee and no doubt a proud day for herself, family, friends, club teammates and management.
Hill Walking with 2003 and 2009 Boys
With the season starting in a few weeks our 2003 + 2009 Boys and their parents went on team building hike this morning.
Manager of 2003 Niall Lawlor said "Well done to all the 2003 boys and their families on today's hike up Maulin, in the beautiful garden county.
And a special thanks to Deirdre O'Ghoibin for organising." The 2009 boys hiked up the Sugar loaf. Well done to both teams and parents. #NaomhJudeAbu
